Everybody leads a life, but do you think yours is healthy? I believe a healthy life must has three aspects:
First, a healthy diet. It means that you should eat more fresh vegetables, fruit, low fat food, fish; avoid too much sugar, salt, red meats, alcoholic and cigarettes; and never skip breakfast. According to research, if you eat more healthy food, you can reduce the risk of cancer and make your life 15 years longer than other people.
Second, a healthy body. Doing exercises can make your body stronger. Never say," I am too busy, I have no time to work out." Everybody's life is busy, you can do any physical activities to keep you fit and fine, even by cooking and walking a dog.First, a healthy diet. Third, a healthy mind. Mental exercises are as important as physical exercises. Work pressure is very common now. Relaxing is the best way to keep the mental balance. Talking with friends and spending spare time with family help you to have good relationships and reduce the work stress.
Finally, if you like to follow a healthy lifestyle, my advise is: make a plan, eat simple foods, do simple things, think simple things, and then get what you want.
